So, if you want to be healthier (and smarter?)…

Start adding super food like "Kefir" (super yogurt), 

Chia, Hemp seeds, or Spirulina algae, --- to your diet.

Best yet, learn to make them yourself!

through fun and immersive, hands-on 

Art & Tech creations: Drawing, Painting, Sculpting, Engineering, --- 

and Cultural Celebrations: Holiday, Party, Festival, Food, ---

Yes, host your wild slime birthday party

glow-in-the-dark slime sculpture, or night light--- 

Make yummy scrumptious strawberry slime, or chocolate mud pie...
